The Challenge
Gruvi were on boarded as a media and insights provider, concentrating our focus on ticket conversion. To be successful, we needed to:
1. Client felt they should be generating increased return on advertising spend. Prove our data approach works by beating internal ROAS benchmarks within 3 months.
2. Client did not understand which channels or assets delivered the greatest return and therefore felt that their budgeting for marketing was inappropriate. Implement real-time reporting to give the client a clear visual representation of results.
3. Client had not utilised specialist agency previously. Build trust to deliver full strategy roll out across all film, membership, venue and private hires activity.
